Yowamushi Pedal Grande Road Episode 5 Ending Skit

So youtube won't let people see this, so I'm gonna post it on my blog. Seriously this anime needs more love, it's so funny! And one of the best ways to give something some love is to share a clip of it!

An Otaku ends up joining the Road Racing Bike Club at school after he finds out that the Anime Club was disbanded for not having enough members. Slowly but surely it seems he's getting his new Club-mates into the Love Hime anime! He even gets them to go with him to Akiba during one of the ending skits!

This skit here has to be my favorite! Most of the Sohoku members are relaxing in the bath while singing the Love Hime theme song. Poor Maki-chan has no idea what's happening and tries to join in.

Blogger doesn't seem to do good quality video's but it is still funny.

Sailor Moon Crystal Info and Trailer

Sailor Moon Crystal is going to be airing world wide on NicoNico and Crunchyroll on July 5th 2014. It will have 1 episode every two weeks, and will air 26 episodes in total. Kotono Mitsuishi will be voicing Sailor Moon once again, but she is the only one from the original anime to be returning. The rest of the cast are new and are:

Ami Koshimizu as Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter
Hisako Kanemoto as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury
Rina Satou as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars
Shizuka Itou as Minako Aino/Sailor Venus
Kenji Nojima as Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Kamen
Ryou Hirohashi as Luna

What is Sailor Moon Crystal? It's not really an 'Anime' Remake but a Series Reboot. The original Anime from 1992 didn't follow the manga closely, and had a lot of fillers. The reboot will follow the manga, not just story wise but art wise as well.

On June 5th, Japan released the teaser trailer. I went a head and attempted to translate what I could of the video. I figured it would be good Japanese testing. It all seems pretty accurate but I'm sure I screwed up somewhere.

On top of CrunchyRoll getting the licenses for Crystal, Viz media has done so as well, for both Sailor Moon Crystal and the original anime. Viz Media states that the episodes will be remastered, nothing will be cut out, all the names will be their original names, and relationships will stay the same. We'll even be getting the season that never aired here in America, Sailor Stars. The Re-Dub of the 1992 Sailor Moon will have an all new cast, said to be approved by Naoko Takeuchi-san, the maker of the Sailor Moon Manga!

For a lot of the people who dislike it when America 'Dumbs' things down because of 'this' or 'that' the news on the new dub makes everyone happy. Not only do the characters names stay the same, but relationships and genders as well.

In the original American Dub by DiC Entertainment, the names were changed from things like Usagi Tsukino, to Serena Tsukino. Why keep the last name and not the first? The first name plays a big part on the characters mythology. Usagi Tsukino meaning rabbit of the moon. In japan there is a Rabbit who makes Mochi on the moon. And Mamoru (which means to Protect) was changed to Darien, but they make up for his name meaning by changing his last name from Chiba to Shields. Other names have been changed s well but I don't want to go into all that.

Also DiC had changed relationships and genders, going as far as to cut out episodes to hide the fact they did so. The relationship between Sailor Uranus and Neptune. They were called Close Cousin, but in reality they were lovers. Now for the Gender Bending truth, Zoicite and Fisheye both are male while Zerconia is really an old woman.

Luckily for us Sailor Moon fan's who have read the manga, watched all 200 of the 1992 anime episodes, and even watched the Live Action show, we now have Viz saving the 1992 anime while giving us the 2014 anime. New Voice Actors chosen for the re-dub will also be the voice actors for the new anime. DVD and BluRay Sets of the 1992 anime's new dub are to sold later this year, while the digital subbed episodes will be sold this summer.

Hiroshi's Story

I just found out that the blog post I had made for Hiroshi (Hiro for short) is missing. Then I remember, Right.. I had put that on my guild's Blog, not this one. Herp-a-derp!

So I shall tell the world of Hiro's story.

(‎Friday, ‎January ‎17, ‎2014, ‏‎1:31:52 PM)

Last year, March 2013, an Abandoned cat started entering my apartment building. Well one day this lady attacked the poor thing with her keyring which had like 10 or more keychains attached. So I decided to let the cat inside for a while to protect him from this lady. I called a few animal shelters plus the ASPCA and they all refused to come get him. To them he was a 'stray'. No way this cat is a stray. Strays are ferrel and run from humans. This cat was someones pet and was abandoned. It's very easy to tell by the way he acts towards people.

So we kept him until the constant rain and snow stopped. After it cleared up we had to put him back out because of apartment rules. One cat per apartment.

A month later we find out that the landlady took him in, got him fixed and adopted him out to one of the other tenants. Well.. last night.. we found him outside. this poor thing had been abandoned again. Not only that but he doesn't have claws.. either they cut them WAY too short (cause that flesh that you see on the claws is still there) or the vet did a TERRIBLE declawing job. But he has NO claws and they left him outside.

I'm against declawing! it causes too many problem. Physical and behavioral.

Mom picked Hiro up (its what we been calling him) and he FREAKED out. Last time we had him back in march, he didn't act like that. I picked up a stack of sailor moon manga to take in my bedroom.. he backed away from me, ears back and all, scared of me as though I was gonna hit him with the books! With time and care he finally calmed down.

So not only was his claws trimmed wrong/declawed wrong, the neighbor had abused in some way..

So after telling the landlady about how we found him again out in the rain, she said we could keep him. Yay! We get to break apartment rules! Well July comes up, landlady takes Hiro to the vet for his shot. Vet says, "He needs to be kept away from other cats for 24 hours in case he gets sick." So back to that abusive neighbor he goes. Nice Job land lady! Neighbor was only suppose to keep him for a day, she kept him for a whole month. She said she wanted to try to have him around again, that she had allergy medicine now and can handle him.

Well before July ended, we get a phone call. "GET THIS FUCKING CAT OUT OF MY APARTMENT NOW! HE JUST TORE MY LEG UP!"

Yup.. Once again we had to calm our Hiro down. That whole night we stayed up with him, we watched a movie with him, and did our best to sooth him.

The landlady finally made it official for us to keep him as long as the other tenants don't really ask questions about us having 2 cats.

It's been a full year now since we've first picked Hiro up. I count March as our saving Hiro originally.. if it weren't for the landlady he would have been happy from the start.

Now to add in one thing. Hiro and our older cat Zeke, they do not get along at all. But on occasion we'll get to have cute moments like these:
